Architectural Survey – On-site visit to take all measurements of the property.
Layout Variations – Options for the full or partial redesign of the space, including zoning of areas and placement of key furniture elements. We discuss these options with you, make necessary corrections or changes if needed, and finalize the layout, which serves as the foundation for developing each room individually.
Concept – We define the style and color scheme of the space. We also discuss the budget for the renovation and furnishing to ensure everything fits within your financial plan.
Photorealistic 3D Visualizations – Visualizations of the entire design, including the concept for furniture, flooring, ceilings, walls, and lighting. We review these with you, making any adjustments or changes needed. Once finalized, we present the corrected 3D visualizations. Then we proceed to develop technical and working drawings as follows:

• Furniture Layout Plan – A detailed diagram showing the arrangement of all furniture.
• Ceiling Plan – Drawings of all structural and decorative elements on the ceilings, including light fixtures.
• Flooring Plan – Drawings of the flooring, with specifications for dimensions, type, color, etc.
• Elevations (Wall Views) – Elevations of the walls, showing the type of finish, color, furniture layout, and all necessary dimensions.
• Switch, Lighting, and Outlet Plan – Marking the exact locations of all necessary electrical outlets, switches, and lighting connections.
• Plumbing Connections Plan – Indicating the precise locations of all plumbing outlets for sanitary appliances, drains, and hot/cold water connections.
• Furniture Drawings – For all custom furniture, we provide detailed drawings for their fabrication.
• Details of Unique Interior Elements – Drawings of any distinctive features within the design.
• Additional Drawings – All other necessary drawings depending on the specific needs of the project.
