✔ Presenting offers in line with the budget;
✔ Selecting subcontractors;
✔ Preparing a preliminary schedule for project execution;
✔ Organizing construction and installation works and coordinating communication between subcontractors;
✔ Deliveries, selection, and consultations for purchasing necessary materials, appliances, and furniture;
✔ Regular quality checks of the execution and assigning corrections if needed, to ensure maximum alignment with the interior design vision;
✔ Acceptance of the completed construction and installation works together with the client.
